REFUND/Cancellation POLICY
Please note that our cancellation policy ensures a seamless experience for everyone involved. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds unless a cancellation is made at least two weeks before the scheduled party date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to create unforgettable moments for your little ones. Thank you for choosing us for your special celebration!
Guest Count & Refund Policy
To ensure the best experience for your event, we kindly ask that you notify us of any changes to your guest count no later than 6:00 PM on the Monday prior to your event (e.g., for a Saturday event, changes must be submitted by the preceding Monday at 6:00 PM).
Please note:
Refunds for extra guests will only be issued if changes are made by this deadline.
After this time, we are unable to provide refunds for no-shows, as staffing and party preparation are based on your final confirmed guest count.
